As a rule, I generally do not post pictures of myself, friends, and family in "public" blog entries... not because anyone in particular is a buck-toothed, :-D ugly, hunchbacked inbred. I respect their right to remain anonymous.

This is one of those rare occasions when I make an exception. Last night, my Uncle, Aunt, my cousin and her 3-year old daughter "Lau" dropped by for a Halloween trick-or-treat. Lau was so cute and pretty in her costume. When I called her a Pink Princess, she insisted, "Noooo, Cindewewa!" Girly girl, you can be anything you want. Please, just don't develop a Cinderella Complex. No wait... some day my cute, charming and rich Prince will come and save me. :-P Of course, with my luck, he'll probably be a queer man.
Here is the short story of Beauty and the Beast's Chocolate Treasure. Once upon a time, in an gelato-coloured realm, there lived a tiny little girl known as the Pink Princess who was adored by all the citizens of the land called Tutti Frutti. Princess and her people only ate candies and chocolates plucked from trees, but no one ever got... fat. One dark stormy night, over 70% of the trees were struck by lightning (so lame as a plot device). Fearing that she and her people would starve, the brave Princess decided to travel to the island inhabited by the Giant Furry Beast Known As Max who guarded a Golden Basket that magically refilled itself with a bottomless supply of the best tasting sweets in the world! (Well, I didn't say it would be a good story.)
However, even the brave Princess feared the Beast. (Lau was a bit scared of Max, hehe.) After a while, the Princess realised that the sleepy Beast was very gentle and lazy. The Beast gave his Golden Magic Basket to the beautiful Princess. She returned home to grateful cheers of her people. :-)
The Giant Furry Beast, Pink Princess, and the citizens of Tutti Frutti lived happily ever after with their never-ending supply of sweets. The End.
Unlike last Halloween, there were no rude kids and young girls dressed in skanky outfits. And yes, I did take my share of the Golden Magic Basket. I recommend the "one for you, two for me" distribution method, bwahaha!

Sounds like you had a nice Halloween. She looks so cute in her costume. I almost forgot about Halloween because I was so busy. Therefore, I did nothing. I love the story you made there of the adventures of Pink Princess.
Waiii hahah she looks so cute! Hmm, I never had a princess thingie when I was younger, XD always more tomboy style. *kuch, kuch* But too bad... we don't really celebrate Halloween here in The Netherlands. And when I realised it was Halloween, it was almost over anyway. *sigh*
What a beautiful princess! Can I go live with her in Tutti Frutti so I can eat candy and chocolates and never get fat? LOL, I took Liam out this year... and we scored lots of chocolates. Too bad he's too young to have any of it. Muhahahahaha!

I liked your little story. I miss being young and being able to trick or treat.
I didn't do anything special. I just helped my sister pass out candy. And I was glad that there was a lack of skanky costumes here as well.

Well, our Halloween was actually our first! The time somebody knocked on our door and said "trick or treat!" - we were so surprised (and excited) that we almost gave all our candies to kids. So, when the second batch of (bigger kids) came, it was just one small box of sultanas for them. :-)
Ah, I wish we can all eat candies and chocolates and never get fat. :-x
You have THE CUTEST niece! I remember when my sister was that cute. Now she's almost 8 and has lost her cuteness. Now she's just bitchy. -.-
@Lil: No, I didn't get dressed up this year. But I don't need a costume to scare the kids, bwahaha! :-P

Aww, how very sweet! That is an adorable dress. When I was little I always insisted on being odd characters. Pocahontas and a Victorian woman were amongst my ideas. We had rude kids this year (they nearly dented our door) and I saw plenty of very skanky looking girls. I dressed up as a pirate to answer the door, it consisted of a big hat and a sword. :-P Did you dress up?

Max is huge! :-P I thought he was fat and cute, but this is the first time I saw him with people around.
