Sexy. Gorgeous. Creamy. Is it beckoning you to devour it whole? One bite will imbue a fleeting aura of the Mona Lisa smile. And although it can only offer ephemeral pleasure, you will savour each lick, bite and tiny crumb of that Strawberry Mascarpone Cream Tart. Oh yes you will, because simply put, it is perfection in a tart. Truly, it is food at its porniest zenith. Hehe. (Eh, accusations?
Deriving sadistic pleasure from subjecting my lovely readers to weekly servings of food porn? Pish, but is it ever about food?)

The juiciest, freshest, sweetest strawberry covered in a glistening-red fruit glaze. A whole berry, quartered and mounded into a dome to hide a creamy, thick yet light filling made with vanilla essence, whipped cream, mascarpone and sugar. Mascarpone is a rich, fresh, soft white cheese with a texture similar to stiff whipped cream. This truly awesome filling has an understated sweetness - not cloyingly sweet. Mmm. Sweetened shredded coconut is pressed into the bottom sides of that strawberry mound. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention what’s holding the filling and strawberry - a buttery, flaky pastry cup of love. Behold, ambrosia. Go, take a minute.
