My sister made chocolate cupcakes again, however, unlike the last time, these moist cupcakes were made from a devil’s food cake batter rich in dark cocoa flavour instead of Swiss milk chocolate. They were topped off with a peanut butter frosting (quickly whipped up with smooth creamy peanut butter, icing sugar, milk and vanilla extract) and then liberally studded with Lindt white chocolate chunks. (You know you want one.)
If I had to choose between the two cupcakes, I’d pick the batch made with Swiss milk chocolate with Nutella frosting only because I’m not that fond of dark chocolate. Actually, I don’t have much of a sweet tooth either, but I wouldn’t say no to one of these babies.

This silly one kinda makes me laugh… I call it “The Cult of Chocolate Cupcake Worship”. The cute mini white plate stand is in the middle of what is actually either a potpourri or candle holder.
My big sister has a lot of Lindt white chocolate chunks that were given to her for free by my Mom’s friend who used to be an executive purchasing manager for a large dairy manufacturer. The chocolate was an ingredient in ice cream made by that company. Quality stuff. I “tested” it. 
Yeah, I need to exercise a LOT starting today… right after I eat another cupcake. Kidding!
