As you might recall from reading this previous post, my lazy cat Max has a pretty simple life. Sleep, wake up, eat, piss / poop, practice the law of inertia and enery conservation and control the humans. Well, he IS a cat, after all. Realizing that Max has only about 6 to 8 years left in this world, I thought I’d record some of his antics to remember him by.
A Day In the Life of Max, Part 1:

“Oh good, you heard my early morning racket! 5:45 AM, so? Well, I see you now, so don’t even try going back to sleep. If I’m awake, you’re awake. Look at my furry face. Yes, you KNOW what I want. Food. Feed me. Uggh, for how long must I endure this cold, cruel rugless floor?”

“Hey, quit ignoring me. Look at me! Drop whatever it is you’re doing and feed me. You’re not moving fast enough. That’s right, open that door, start scooping…”

“Yoohoo, hello, over here! Bowl = empty. Feed me NOW! Sheesh, I’m gonna have to do the whole act now - purring, stroking, furry face, wag the tail…”
Yes, scintillating blog post. Well, I never said I would cater to entertaining the masses (of 9, haha).
Adieu,
pluot fruity

Awww, Max is cute! Love your blog, btw.
LOL!!! But hey, at least you got him to stand up and stare at you…
Hehehe cute. Does he meow abuse at you when he’s really hungry? Our two do! Billy Lee especially carries on like it’s a national tragedy.
Oh yeah… the “masses” must be at least 10 now.
I’m so lazy and late replying, but here it goes:
@Tfp: Yes and the meow abuse has a different tone from the other catspeak. Billy Lee is CUTE!
@Evilgenius: Yes, but I think it was the OTHER WAY around, hehehe!
Cute indeed… and very obese.
Tsk… tsk… tsk… Don’t tell me Max is already this big when you got him?
My Smokey is old and a bit grumpy!
